At this time we can only ship complete bikes within the EU, USA & Canada. For sales outside of the UK, please select your shipping country to calculate the cost of shipping on checkout.
We can now ship frame only to the rest of the world – please contact us for a quote on shipping if your country is not listed as a shipping destination.
Please check all goods received carefully upon delivery. If either the goods or packaging appear damaged please sign for them as “Goods Received Damaged” and contact us as soon as possible with a note of your order number.
Lead Times
From order to shipment we usually take 5-10 working days, although it can be quicker depending on how busy we are. We will do our best to get your bike to you as quick as we can. Please pay attention to notices on the product pages to see if we expect delays.
Pre-order bikes (or items which are out of stock) will be shown with an earliest shipment date. Depending on where you are in the queue shipping can be up to 14 days after this date. Once the allocation for the 14 day period is full, we will adjust the pre-order date to reflect this. All bikes are shipped on an as ordered basis.
A Note On Stock Levels
We do our best to manage our stock levels on the website accurately. This means that everything you can buy should be in stock, but sometimes the gremlins get in the system and things go out of stock when they look like they are not. Sorry about that. If that happens we’ll contact you immediately to see if we can work it out. If we can’t you will be refunded your full purchase price if you have been charged.
